Today I would like to introduce a special salad using dragon fruit.
Dragon fruit 1/2
Onion (new) 1/2
Spices (BP, Thyme, Cumin etc.)
Chili salt 1 tbsp
A little cashew nuts, walnuts, etc.
Cut the dragon fruit vertically into 4 pieces
- The skin can be peeled by hand
- Cut into 5mm width
- Lettuce is soaked in ice water and then wiped off
- Thinly slice the onion
- After serving, sprinkle with lime juice
- Sprinkle with cashew nuts, spices and chili salt to complete
Point: Dragon fruits are ready to eat when they are lined up in the store, so if you buy them, use them in no time.
