Dragon Salad

Today I would like to introduce a special salad using dragon fruit.


Dragon fruit 1/2

Onion (new) 1/2

4 lettuce

Lime 1/2

Spices (BP, Thyme, Cumin etc.)

Chili salt 1 tbsp

A little cashew nuts, walnuts, etc.


Cut the dragon fruit vertically into 4 pieces

  • The skin can be peeled by hand
  • Cut into 5mm width
  • Lettuce is soaked in ice water and then wiped off
  • Thinly slice the onion
  • After serving, sprinkle with lime juice
  • Sprinkle with cashew nuts, spices and chili salt to complete

Point: Dragon fruits are ready to eat when they are lined up in the store, so if you buy them, use them in no time.
