贅沢巨峰の自家製ジャム 作り方
材料
巨峰 1房
ザラメ 1/2〜1カップぐらい(味を見て調節)
ブラックペッパー 5〜10粒
手順
- 巨峰の皮を丁寧に剥く
- ナベに巨峰を入れてフタ、弱火で様子をみながら30分
- ブラックペッパー、ザラメを半分入れ、ナベを軽く回す
- 少しずつザラメを加えながら、ナベを回す
- 味ととろみが適度になれば出来上がり
ジャムにブラックペッパー?
と思われるでしょうけど、、、
以外に辛くないんです。
(粒を噛めば辛いですけど)
なれるとクセになる隠し味なんです。

- When the taste and thicken become moderate, finish.
